FAQ

How is Pay-per-Hire really different from an HH agency?

12% of the new hire's monthly salary versus 15–25% at classic staffing agencies or an HH+recruiter combo. Funds sit in escrow until the candidate's first working day — if they don't show up, you get a 100% refund.

Why is Free forever, not just 30 days?

A small team needs one vacancy every six months or so. Forcing them to pay would be silly. Free Forever exists so you use QBuild like a phone: it's there when you need it.

What's included in a vacancy boost?

7 days pinned to the top of the /build/vacancies feed (by creation date, not counting other boosted competitors during that window). A "featured" badge on the card. View analytics.

I'm already on Pro. Can I also enable Pay-per-Hire?

Yes, you can combine them: Pro gives unlimited search, PPH gives a pay-on-hire structure. Turn on PPH in a specific vacancy's settings — it won't cancel Pro.

What if I don't find a candidate within a month?

On Free and PPH you lose nothing. On Pro/Agency you can either pause it (the vacancy is hidden, billing continues) or cancel — posted vacancies stay live until the end of the paid period.
