›How do I find a vacancy and apply?
Go to the "Vacancies" section. Use filters for city, skill, and salary. Click "Quick apply" right from the list, or open the vacancy for the full form with questions.
›What is a Trial Job?
A paid test task from the employer. After approving your application, the employer may offer a Trial — a small paid task to confirm your skills. You get paid once it's done.
›How do I get the ✓ Verified badge?
Go to "Profile" → the "Verification badge" section → click "Request verification". Attach a link to your LinkedIn, portfolio, or certificates. We review within 1-2 business days.
›What is AEV cashback?
When you pay for orders (subscription, Trial tasks) you earn 2% back in native AEV tokens. You can claim them into your AEV wallet from the "Pricing" section.
›How do I set up a Job Alert?
In the "Profile" section → "Job alerts", set your keywords and skills. You'll get an email whenever a new vacancy matches your criteria.
›Who can see my profile?
Your public profile at /build/u/[id] is visible to everyone. Go to Profile → "Open public profile" to see how employers view you.

›How do I create a project and add vacancies?
Click "New project", describe the site and budget. Once created, the "+ Add vacancy" button appears right on the project page.
›How much does posting a vacancy cost?
$0. Free on all plans. We only charge a Pay-per-Hire commission (from 6% on the Gold tier) when you actually hire.
›What is AI scoring of applications?
If the vacancy has screening questions, Claude AI scores each candidate's answer on a 100-point scale. The score and red flags are shown on the application card.
›How do I export all applications to Excel?
Open the vacancy page → the "Applications" section → the "↓ CSV" button. The file includes names, email, city, AI score, and status.
›How does boosting a vacancy work?
Boost pins the vacancy at the top of the /build/vacancies feed for 7 days. 1 boost = 990 ₽. The Pro plan includes 5 boosts/month.
›How do I verify a candidate?
In the Admin → Users section, find the candidate and click "verify". The ✓ badge will appear on their public profile.
