From sign-up to your first hire — and how payment works

Posting a project and a job listing is free, no agency advance required. AI helps filter applications, and a trial task tests skills in practice, not just on paper. You pay only for a hire: the fee starts at 12% and drops to 4% as you hire more, plus cashback in AEV tokens. Below is the whole path, step by step, from your profile to payment.

Six steps to your first hire
Fill out your employer profile
Add your company or crew name, city, and a short bio. Your profile is your storefront — the more complete it is, the more candidates trust your listings. The ✓ Verified badge can be requested from your profile — we verify within 1–2 business days.Go to profile →Create a project
A project is a container for one or more job listings (e.g. "Office fit-out, 180 m²"). Add a title, scope of work, city, and budget. Posting a project is free.Create a project →Publish a job listing
Inside the project, click "+ Add job listing": role, requirements, salary, skills. You can add screening questions — AI scoring (step 4) will use the answers. The more specific the description, the better the response. Posting a job listing is $0 on any plan.Review applications
For every application, you can see:- AI score 0–100 — Claude evaluates the candidate's answers to your questions and shows the score and red flags right on the card.
- Video resume — if the candidate recorded one, watch it before the call.
- Trial task — offer a small paid task to test the skill in practice, not just on paper.
- The entire application funnel can be exported to CSV (name, city, AI score, status).

Direct messages with a candidate come without a premium paywall. No need to pay to "unlock contact" — you can message anyone who applied.Messages →Hire — and pay only for the hire
No agency advance at all. The Pay-per-Hire fee is charged only when you actually hire. By default it's 12%, and it drops as your hire count grows — down to 4% at the top loyalty tier. Plus, every paid order earns AEV cashback (2% → 5% by tier).
