From profile to hire — and why it's free for you.

How it works in 30 seconds

For job seekers, QBuild is free: you fill out a profile, apply to jobs, and optionally add a video resume and a paid trial task. Paid jobs (like a Trial) earn you 2% AEV cashback. No fee to unlock contacts.

    Fill out your profile

    Minimum: your job title, a short summary, and 2+ skills — that gets you into recommendations and employer search. Want more trust? Request the ✓ Verified badge in your profile (a link to LinkedIn/portfolio/certificates — we review within 1–2 business days). Your public profile is /build/u/….

    Find jobs

    The Jobs section has filters by city, skill, and salary. For job seekers, everything is free: no fee to apply, no premium paywall on contacts.

    Apply

    The “Quick apply” button lets you apply right from the list, or open the job for the full form with questions. If the employer added questions, answer thoughtfully: AI scores your answers on a 100-point scale, and a good score moves you up their list.

    Record a video resume (optional)

    A short video makes you stand out: the employer sees you "live" before the call. Especially helpful if your experience is hard to fit into text.

    Complete a trial task (Trial)

    After approving your application, the employer may offer a Trial — a small, paid task to see your skills in action. Complete it, get paid, and the employer gets proof of your skills without a lengthy interview.

    Chat and get hired

    Direct messages with the employer — no premium paywall on either side. Reach an agreement and you're hired. After the work is done, both sides leave reviews: your reputation grows and unlocks better jobs.

💡 Tip: Job Alerts

In your profile → “Job alerts,” set keywords and skills. When a matching job appears, you'll get an email and can be first to apply.
