By accessing or using AEVION ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AEVION is a SaaS platform providing AI-powered digital tools including productivity software, legal document management, educational courses, chess gaming, health AI assistant, and digital marketplace services. All products are delivered digitally via web application.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Paddle, our authorized payment processor. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. A 14-day free trial is available on Pro and Business plans — no charge until the trial ends.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, distributing malware, violating applicable laws, or infringing third-party intellectual property rights.
All content, features, and functionality of AEVION are owned by AEVION and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AEVION shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Almaty, Kazakhstan.
