Getting started

Do I need an invitation to use AEVION Bank?

No. Anyone can sign up at /auth and start using the wallet immediately. Tier upgrades are earned via the Trust Score formula — they're not gated by an invite list.

What is AEC?

AEC is the internal credit unit of the AEVION ecosystem. 1 AEC ≈ $0.45 ≈ €0.42 ≈ 215 ₸ at fixed display rates while we're pre-launch. AEC isn't a regulated currency; treat it as ecosystem credit.

Can I use AEVION Bank on my phone?

Yes. The wallet is a PWA — open it in a mobile browser and tap the install banner to add it to your home screen. Works offline for read-only views; transfers need network.

Do I need a separate account for QRight, CyberChess, etc.?

No. One AEVION account is the same identity across all modules. Royalties from QRight, prizes from CyberChess, and Planet bonuses all settle into the same wallet automatically.

Send & receive

How do I send money to someone?

Open /bank, scroll to the Send card, paste the recipient's email or account-id, enter an amount, and confirm. Transfers above your biometric threshold prompt for fingerprint or face unlock.

Can I send by email instead of account-id?

Yes — type the recipient's email and the wallet resolves it to an account-id via /api/qtrade/accounts. The first send to a new email triggers an anomaly notification asking you to confirm.

What's the difference between a transfer and a gift?

A transfer moves AEC immediately. A gift is themed (10+ designs), can be timelocked, comes with a personal message, and requires the recipient to open a /bank/gift/<id> link before the funds arrive.

How do split bills work?

Open Split Bills, set a total + a list of nicknames + amounts each owes. The split tracks who paid; once everyone settles, it auto-archives. Persists in localStorage so reload doesn't lose state.

Can I cancel a transfer after sending?

No — once signed via QSign, the transfer is final. Recurring transfers and timelocked gifts can be cancelled before they fire. Treat regular transfers like any payment: confirm before tapping Send.

· Section 3

Saving

What's the difference between Goals, Round-Up, and Vault?

Goals are named savings buckets with a deadline (e.g. 'New laptop — 1500 AEC by Sept'). Round-Up sweeps virtual change from each transfer into a stash. Vault is a staking-style yield product where AEC is locked for a term in exchange for a multiplier on your APY.

Can I withdraw a Goal early?

Yes — Goals are flexible. The amount stays in your wallet; the goal just measures progress against a target. No early-withdrawal penalty.

What yield does the Vault pay?

APY scales with your Trust tier and the lock-in term. Early-claim incurs a 50% gross penalty, so only commit AEC you don't need.

What happens if I miss a recurring contribution?

The recurring transfer auto-pauses if your balance is below the planned amount. You'll see it in the Inbox as a pending action, and can resume after topping up.

· Section 4

Credit & Trust Score

How does Salary Advance work?

Salary Advance gives you instant AEC against future earnings. Open /bank, scroll to the Advance card, request an amount within your tier limit. Repaid automatically from your next inflow.

How is the credit limit decided?

Limits are gated by Trust tier: Trusted gets up to 500 AEC, Elite up to 2000 AEC. The score itself is computed across 8 factors — see /bank/trust for the full breakdown.

Are there fees or interest?

There's a small platform fee on Salary Advance (visible before you confirm). No compound interest, no late fees. The model is: pay once for the convenience, not bleed forever.

Why is my Trust Score the same as last week?

Trust Score uses a sub-linear curve, so factors saturate near a soft target. If you've already hit the targets on your active factors, growing the score requires picking up new factors (IP portfolio, chess, planet bonuses).

Power features

Where do I see and change my monthly budget?

Open /bank/budget. Set a monthly cap per category — the page tracks real-time pace against the day of month and projects the end-of-month total before any cap is breached. The same caps surface on the main /bank page under the Budget section.

How does the billing calendar know what's coming?

Open /bank/calendar. The calendar reads your active recurring rules from /bank/recurring and projects each charge onto a 30-day heat map. Heavier days get a darker tile and the daily total is shown right on the cell.

What does the subscription scanner flag?

Open /bank/subscriptions. The scanner flags three patterns: stale (no run for 60+ days), expensive (≥ 2× the median active rule), and duplicate (same recipient + period + amount). Each flagged rule has a one-tap pause button.

How accurate is the wealth forecast?

/bank/forecast applies a fixed multiplier (conservative / realistic / optimistic) to your current monthly inflow from royalty + ecosystem + chess streams, then integrates against your goals to compute ETAs. It's a guide, not a guarantee — assumes current behaviour continues.

· Section 6

Privacy & data

What data does AEVION store on its servers?

Account anchor (id, balance, owner email) and operations needed for fraud-response. Goals, signatures, gifts, recipients, biometric thresholds, etc. live in your browser's localStorage and are never uploaded.

Can I export my wallet?

Yes — Help → Export wallet downloads a JSON snapshot of 17 localStorage keys. Re-import on any device to restore. The export is enough to fully reconstruct your local state.

How do I delete my account?

Email security@aevion.app from the address tied to your account. We close the server-side account within 7 days. Your local state is on your device — you control it.

Does AEVION sell my data?

Never. We don't have an advertising business. Read the privacy policy at /privacy for the legal text.

· Section 7

Troubleshooting

I'm seeing 'Backend offline' — what now?

The wallet renders from cached state when the backend is unreachable. New transfers fail until the backend comes back. Check status.aevion.app for incidents, or come back in a few minutes — most outages are short.

I lost my device. Can I recover?

Log in from another device with the same email/password. Account anchor + balance restore from the server. Local state (audit log, goals, signatures) is gone unless you have an exported JSON — always keep a recent backup.

A transfer didn't go through but the balance dropped.

Open /bank/statement and search by date. If the operation isn't listed, it failed and the balance will reconcile within an hour. If it shows but the recipient says they didn't get it, share the /bank/receipt/<id> link — it's signed proof of payment.

How do I report a bug?

Email security@aevion.app for security issues, otherwise open an issue at github.com/Dossymbek281078/AEVION/issues with reproduction steps. We triage daily.
